If you are interested in a safe, convenient, cuddly space under the Hollywood sign where Charlie Chaplin strolled and Bette Midler called home, with easy access to the fwy/metro/hollywood/hiking, where you can come home after work and truly feel the call of the canyon — our beachwood canyon space is ideal.

We lovingly refer to the space as BADA (Beachwood Academy of Dramatic Arts) for all the talent, stories, love, growth and support that has flowed through the doors.

$1200 plus utilities*


Beautiful unfurnished room available in cozy spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story apartment in Beachwood Canyon. Large bathroom with two sinks and tub shared with one person,  shared access to the whole house.

If you are unfamiliar with Beachwood it has inspiring hikes around the Hollywood sign and Griffith Park just a few minutes away. The apartment is walking distance to Franklin Village (Birds, Franklin & Co, UCB, Sushi Stop, The Oaks Gourmet, Gelson’s) This is the street you take to get to the Hollywood Sign, and it’s a pretty wonderful view to drive home to every day.
